To eligible for a return you have to make the request and return the item within 14 days of time from your purchase date. Item has to be unused or in the same condition in original packaging. We have a right to refuse acceptance to an item if it’s damage, used or not in the original package. To complete your return, we require a receipt of proof of purchase.

If the item is out of stock, we can notify once it’s in our stock. All you have to do this copy the item link from the web browser and send a mail to us.
We deliver anywhere in Sri Lanka, yes, it’s free delivery for Colombo and we charge a flat rate of Rs 200 for all deliveries to suburbs.
You can simply review your order status and past orders by going to my account and click order history. You can click the order number to review the full order details.
Of course, you, can simply fill the details and the delivery address of the recipient. Please note that cash on delivery orders requires the NIC number of the recipient.
